There is no fee to use the conference room. Please reserve the space 24 hours in advance.
Unit Owners may reserve the conference room up to eight (8) times per year.
Please return the room to its original configuration.

Guest Suite Information
There is a $150 per night fee to reserve the Guest Suite. This fee will be added to your monthly condominium fee. Residents may reserve the Guest Suite up to three (3) occasions per year for a maximum of five (5) consecutive days during each stay, for a maximum of fifteen (15) days total per year.
The full price of the reservation will be charged if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. | Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted in the guest suite.
Pets are not allowed.
Check in with the concierge for a key fob that will allow you access to the guest suite only.

Rates start at $250 for personal-use events. Personal use includes events for friends and family for gatherings such as receptions, showers, anniversaries, holidays and birthday parties.
Rates start at $500 for professional use events. Professional use includes events that residents organize for persons affiliated with the resident through company, association, political or other professional connections, and include events such as company parties, association meetings, political fundraisers and similar events.
If there is a question as to the personal or professional purpose of the event, the property manager, with consultation with the Board, shall make the determination as to whether an event is personal or professional.
